What areas do you serve?
The Balloon Fairy operates out of Warwick, Rhode Island, and services all of Rhode Island, along with surrounding areas in Massachusetts and Connecticut.
How soon do I need to book my balloon decor?
For the most creative and unique balloon designs, we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. This allows us ample time to design and construct your vision.
My event is less than a week away, can you still help us with balloon decor?
We understand that last-minute celebrations happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate you based on our availability and current balloon stock. Please note that there may be a rush fee associated with last-minute orders.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. However, you can reschedule your event, applying your deposit to the new date, subject to availability, up to two times. Cancellations within 72 hours of your event may incur additional material costs if you choose to reschedule.

How long will my balloons last?
We use high-quality balloons, but factors like heat and sunlight can affect their lifespan. Here’s a general idea:
- Indoor balloons: Up to 4+ weeks (no guarantees)
- Outdoor balloons: 1-2 days (no guarantees)
Do you offer balloon take-down services?
We typically don’t return to take down balloons unless previously arranged. There’s an additional fee for breakdown and disposal.
Pick-Up & Delivery

Do you charge deliver fees for your balloon orders?
Yes, delivery fees are separate from your balloon order.

What are Grab & Go Balloon Garlands?
Our Grab & Go Balloon Garlands are a budget-friendly option. We pre-construct them for you to pick up and hang yourself. Hanging materials and instructions are included.
What size vehicle do I need for a Grab & Go Balloon Garland pick-up?
The size depends on your garland. A 4ft garland fits comfortably in most cars, while larger garlands require an SUV with all seats folded down.
