Party Terms & Conditions

KIDZ KASTLE PARTY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable party experience for everyone, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Arrival and Entry:

  • To ensure a clean, well-structured, and prepared environment for each party, we ask that host parents arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled party time.
  • Children and adults must wear socks in the party & play area.

2. Guest Count and Pricing:

  • Adults and non-walking children are free. All guests under the age of 16 are included in the party count.
  • Confirmation of Guest Count and Additional Orders:
    • For Classic Parties without a Party Theme Add-on, the final number of children attending and any additional food orders must be confirmed no later than 5 business days before the party date.
    • For parties with a Kouture Party Theme Add-on, the final number of children attending must be confirmed 14 days before the party date.
  • Additional Child Fees: The fee for each additional child beyond the 14 children included in the party package is:
    • $20.00 for a Classic Party with no Party Theme Add-on.
    • $25.00 for a Classic Party with a Deluxe Party Theme Add-on.
    • $30.00 for a Classic Party with a Kouture Party Theme Add-on.
    • Please note: For parties with a Kouture Theme, you will be charged for any additional children confirmed, regardless of whether they attend.

3. Venue Property:

  • All decorations and props used in our party themes remain the property of Kidz Kastle.

4. Communication and Allergies:

  • Please send your final guest count and any additional food orders via email to info@kidzkastleri.com.
  • If your child or any party guest has any allergies, please inform us as soon as possible by phone or email so we can discuss necessary precautions. While we will take reasonable precautions, please understand that we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

5. Maximum Capacity:

  • There is a maximum of 100 guests (children and adults) allowed for all parties.

6. Outside Food and Beverages:

  • Outside food is permitted but must receive approval from Kidz Kastle management at least 5 business days before the party date. Please contact us to request approval.
  • Parents are responsible for providing their cake, cake cutter, candles, lighter, and paper goods (plates, cups, napkins, etc.) for their adult guests.
  • Please note that Kidz Kastle does not offer refrigerators, freezers, or heating equipment for outside food. Additionally, for safety reasons, external heating appliances are not permitted.

7. Decorations:

  • The following decorations are not permitted: balloons, balloon garlands, piñatas, confetti, or any items that require taping or tacking to the walls or ceilings.
  • You are welcome to bring themed tablecloths, plates, and napkins to enhance your party.
  • For balloon arrangements, please contact Kidz Kastle (Ethereal Events Co.) for options and pricing. These arrangements can be made at an additional cost.

8. Party Duration and Overtime:

  • Your Classic Private Birthday Party or Weekday Classic Private Birthday Party is scheduled for 2 hours, unless additional time was booked in advance..
  • All guests are required to exit the play area promptly after the scheduled party time. Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $125.00 for each additional 20-minute increment.

9. Non-Refundable Retainer Fees:

  • Kouture Party Theme Add-ons: A non-refundable retainer fee of $270.00 is required at the time of booking for parties with a Kouture Party Theme Add-on (Cocomelon, Mickey Safari, Barbie, Princess, Minnie’s Bow-Tique, and Bluey). This fee will be deducted from your total party balance.
  • Custom Kouture Party Theme Add-ons: A non-refundable retainer fee of $497.50 is required at the time of booking for parties with a Custom Kouture Party Theme Add-on. This fee will be deducted from your total party balance.
  • In the event you wish to change your party date, a new retainer fee will be required to secure the new date.
  • Inclement Weather: In the event of severe inclement weather, Kidz Kastle will contact you within 48 hours of your scheduled party time to discuss rescheduling options. In this specific circumstance, your initial retainer fee will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
  • Please note that all retainer fees are non-refundable except in the case of rescheduling due to inclement weather initiated by Kidz Kastle.

10. Guest Responsibility and Liability:

  • As the host parent, you understand and agree that you are responsible for the behavior and safety of all your guests while they are at Kidz Kastle.
  • You assume responsibility for any damages to Kidz Kastle property caused by any of your guests.
  • You agree to ensure that all your guests follow the rules and regulations of the facility, which may be posted on-site or provided separately.

11. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:

  • By submitting payment for the non-refundable retainer fee, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
